Renee and team did an excellent job trimming a large tree with branches overhanging my roof for insurance compliance, they did great work to not only protect the home and keep the tree in compliance, but also keep it healthy without shocking it too. I hired the crew for the day and they worked a full day weed whacking and removing dead branches/growth from both mine and my neighbor's properties after the tree work too and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up too! Renee and team were very professional to work with, they showed up early to start work right on on time, were extremely respectful, knowledgeable and experienced. It was a pleasure working with them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future work and I absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of their services! The tree fairy team is awesome! Renee and her awesome crew put in a hard day of work at my place this weekend. Showed up right on time with a truck, a chipper, and a can-do attitude. Services included tree trimming, brush removal, and general clean-up. Renee‘s tree trimming skills are amazing, she could’ve spent a lot more time on this tree… she tells me it is an African Sumac. This bad boy was so overgrown, that you could not see the sun shining in the morning. Here’s what it looked like this morning when I woke up. Thank you team, you’ll be back soon for another round!

Renee was a delight to work with from the get-go! The Tree Keeper/Roman's Tree Service was excellent in every way. We had some really tough Eucalyptus trees to trim and they were a scary nightmare to climb. But they persevered and came through! I think all told, there were 15/16 trees (?) to cut down/trim - and we still have lots more! We made the mistake of hiring a horrible tree service before this (TreeCo- do not use) and they butchered our gorgeous Pine. Professionalism, integrity and hard work are what set this company apart from the rest. Very fair pricing too. We will use The Tree Keeper/Roman's Tree Service from now on. Highly recommend!! We always rely on Renee and the Tree Fairy team to get our large, sloped lot ready for fire season. It’s always such a good feeling to see everything cut back and thinned out but what makes it extra nice is this is all done in such a thoughtful, careful way so it still looks so natural, sculpted and airy. The crew really takes their time to beautify wherever they can and the native species can regrow in a healthy way while offering protection from fire scenarios we hope we never have to face. It’s such a practical solution to taking care of the land we get to care for as well as help protect our place and neighbor’s too. We have them come out 1-2 days each year in prep for the hot months and it’s so worth it! Their team really understands the terrain and are so knowledgeable about plant life, so for anyone who really wants a respectful treatment of their native and non-native surrounding growth, this is the company to call.

I had a problem with a big Douglas Fir tree. This tree grew up crooked and it adjusted itself twice, judging from the bends in its trunk: this year we reached out the Tree Fairy Company. They replied within the hour and came up to asses the problem withing a couple of hours of calling them. I had worked with them on brush clearance a couple of years ago, and was satisfied with their work. After the problem, I was given a quote which was fair and competitive. I agreed to the price and the details of the work to be done. The day of the tree removal, all the work was done very professionally and carefully as the the tree was near our restaurant and public restrooms. The tree was cut piece by piece. The cleaning and chipping of branches was done very satisfactorily as well. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future. The USFS has specific guidelines for brush clearing and tree trimming and The Tree Fairy made it all easy -- they knew exactly what to do and did a great job thinning and shaping without making things look "naked." We were so relieved to have a highly knowledgeable and skilled crew to work on tree services around our property. Renee, and the whole team that worked incredibly hard on our sloped terrain, not only made sure to leave root systems in place to protect against erosion, but they trimmed so beautifully that it doesn't look like a huge dead space. They artfully sculpted and kept everything looking beautiful and green while removing dead weed overgrowth. They didn't flinch over the heat wave either! They arrived just when they said they would every day and were so friendly, professional, and true to their word with all details. They know and respect the native plants which we really appreciated while still giving us the fire protection we desperately need as well. We will hire again for all future projects for sure. Couldn't recommend more highly!

The Tree Fairy came highly recommended in the Ramona Community. They showed up on time, worked the full day, and was able to accomplish a lot. They took care of several large branches that were downed during some weird out of the blue rain storm with tornado wind gusts, and cleaned up all the eucalyptus "tree weeds". I hired the Tree Fairy to do major tree trimming on my 5-acre property with more than 50 trees. I had several pines with large branches smothering my citrus trees, laying on the chicken coop, covering the foot path around the pond and even laying in the water. They came in with essential equipment: chain saws, a brand new Ford 550 4X4 truck, and a chipper. They quoted a competitive daily rate, and were flexible with scheduling around weather and my preferences. They also cleared the neighbor’s branches obstructing my access road. This contractor works hard, is dependable, and safe. Most of all, they listen to the customer, and will customize the work scope as directed. I am very pleased with how they restored the use of my property.

We have a cabin on federal land and have specific requirements to obtain/keep our permit. We were overwhelmed by the amount of work, and I'd seen The Tree Fairy ads on Facebook page for Mt. Laguna, so we contacted them. We met Renee up at our cabin to go over what we needed done, and set a date for clean-up. Renee and three workers came up with saws, ropes, chipper, splitter and went to work on three dead trees, overhanging branches, and a "widow maker". We had them come back 10 days later to do a full on brush cleaning. I can't imagine doing the amount of work they did, and we will be calling them again for future needs. Professional, hard workers, cleaned up well. Great experience.

A few months ago we had the pleasure of meeting the team from The Tree Fairy. We needed 10 fruit trees and a large almond tree cut down to reasonable height and shaped to grow well in the future. The weather made both of us reschedule a couple times but we preservered and we are so happy that we did. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. My trees have never looked so good. All of my trees are now at a height that is manageable for me and all of the debris was cleaned up and hauled away. We are so happy and grateful for a job well done. Renee was a delight to work with from the get-go! The Tree Keeper/Roman's Tree Service was excellent in every way. We had some really tough Eucalyptus trees to trim and they were a scary nightmare to climb. But they persevered and came through! I think all told, there were 15/16 trees (?) to cut down/trim - and we still have lots more! We made the mistake of hiring a horrible tree service before this (TreeCo- do not use) and they butchered our gorgeous Pine. Professionalism, integrity and hard work are what set this company apart from the rest. Very fair pricing too. We will use The Tree Keeper/Roman's Tree Service from now on. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Renee!!!
